An essential part of good physical health is exercise. Unfortunately, we all to often do not set aside the time to peform our favorite exercise. Something as simple as a walk through the neighborhood, or a serious work in the gym, needs the commitment of time. Good health needs a commitment of time, which we sometimes do not take. The TV has caused too many people to earn the status of Couch Potato as are willing to accept the title. On top of that, the CP decides to have a few of their favorite beverages which add to the downfall of their physical health. 

Design your own physical activity program, or consult with a professional trainer, to improve your physical  health by reducing the calories and increasing activity. It is advisable to consult your medical doctor before beginning a rigorous program.
